USCIS to Revert to 180 EAD Extension
On October 27, 2023, USCIS will end the 540 extension for Employment Authorization renewal applications. They will continue to give 180 days extension for renewal applications from the expiration date printed on the front of your card. If you file for extension prior to October 27, 2023, you will receive the 540 day extension.
